Theresa Volante

Theresa Volante is a Project Manager of CBRE.  As Project Manager on the Travelers' account, Teri coordinated the design, construction and move management for offices primarily in the Northeast.  She works directly with Corporate Real Estate on project budgets and processes and communicates directly with the Travelers' intercompany support groups and office managers to ensure the design/construction meets the scope of work for the project.

In addition, her responsibilities include the selection, coordination and management of all the contractors and work processes on the project, to ensure the proper skills and safety requirements are utilized on the project. Before joining CB Richard Ellis, Ms. Volante was employed by Trammell Crow Company where, as the Project Manager for Ameriprise Financial Services, she managed the signage rebranding effort for 365 offices, in her territory, from American Express Financial to Ameriprise Financial. Her responsibilities included coordinating the creation of recommendation books and uploading them to an internet-based project tracking system to be reviewed and approved by advisors.

She also managed, for Cingular Wireless, the rebranding of 25 Cingular sites, in western PA and portions of Ohio and West Virginia, from AT&T to Cingular Wireless. She worked with the Cingular client and store managers in the design, installation and permitting to completion.

Ms. Volante was the Facility Manager for NOVA Chemical, Inc., where she coordinated the design, space planning and move management for 400 employees to a new head quarters building.  In 2002, she was promoted to Account Manager, where she managed and oversaw the design and day-to-day work load of six (6) employees located in PA and various client locations in Canada.
