Thom Ridnour is a Senior Vice President with CBRE’s Office Investor Leasing team in Dallas. Thom collaborates across lines of business to leverage the investor relationships he has formed during his career as well as the experience he has in multiple southwest cities and submarkets. He is able to produce results by utilizing years of personal relationships with tenants and leading brokers of the entire Texas market.

Prior to joining CBRE, Thom was a Senior Vice President at Parmenter, where he led the leasing efforts for a 3.2-million-square-foot portfolio as well as acquisition and disposition guidance.

Prior to Parameter, Thom was Executive Vice President/COO of RSG/Principal for Clayco, a renowned design-build developer in St. Louis, where he handled the strategic operations for the Realty Services Group. He had oversight of all operations to accomplish the coast-to-coast projects the group pursued.

Prior to Clayco, Thom led the Dallas and Tulsa operations for Trizec Properties, one of the largest real estate investment trusts in North America with 36 million square feet of properties and revenues of $722 million. He managed a 6.2 million square foot portfolio of Dallas properties that included Renaissance Tower, Plaza of the Americas, Bank One Center and Galleria Office Towers and the one million square foot Williams Center in Tulsa. He completed over 4.4 million square feet of lease transactions in his six-year career with Trizec before the company was sold in 2006.
