Thomas Berry is a First Vice President at CBRE, specializing in industrial tenant representation in the Greater Houston area. As a key member of the Industrial Occupier Team, Thomas advises a diverse array of commercial clients with leasing, acquisitions, and dispositions of industrial properties, tailoring strategies to meet their unique operational needs. His core client base is comprised of third-party logistics, distribution, ecommerce, manufacturing, and multinational companies.
Upon graduation from the University of Mississippi with degrees in Real Estate and Finance, he began his commercial real estate career with Avison Young in 2019, where he developed a strong foundation in industrial brokerage. In 2020, he joined Savills, actively contributing to transactions totaling over $240 million. In May 2024, Thomas transitioned to CBRE, alongside his team, to further enhance the firm’s Industrial Occupier platform in Houston.
