Thomas has worked across the property industry starting his career as an engineer operating in Canada (his country of origin) before shifting into a research role at CBRE. He has covered research across leasing, capital markets and each of the primary assets classes over his career. He prides himself on having a deep understanding of the markets and sectors for which he’s responsible.
With an educational background in both engineering and business analytics, Thomas is a big believer in the power of data. He sees data as a powerful tool, but it is the ability to craft meaningful stories from it that truly unlocks research value.
