Thomas Rottkamp

Thomas J. Rottkamp is a Vice President in the Valuation & Advisory Services Group’s Phoenix office in the Pacific Southwest Region. Mr. Rottkamp began appraising commercial real estate in 1996. His experience encompasses a wide variety of property types including industrial, office, retail, multi-family, medical office, self storage facilities, as well as vacant land. Mr. Rottkamp is qualified as an expert witness in United States Federal Bankruptcy Court. Mr. Rottkamp has completed appraisal assignments in Arizona, New Mexico, Nevada and Texas. Thomas is the industrial practice leader for the Phoenix CBRE office, with over 25 years of appraisal experience. Mr. Rottkamp completes over 50 industrial appraisals per year, on both owner user and investment assets. Specific property types include distribution warehouse/logistics, manufacturing, business parks, cold storage, truck terminals as well as special use properties throughout metropolitan Phoenix.
