Thomas Stone

Thomas Stone is a First Vice President with CBRE and a member of a two-person tenant advisory and transaction services team in Philadelphia. Tom’s primary focus has been representing both local and national corporations in the acquisition and disposition of leased and owned facilities across all product types. His intimate market knowledge, coupled with the CBRE platform, allows him to better serve and consult his clients in making the best real estate decisions possible.

In addition, Tom is also a leader of CBRE’s Greater Philadelphia Regional Healthcare Group and a nominated member of the national Healthcare Practice Advisory Group.

Mr. Stone is a 15-year veteran of CBRE, makes his home in Philadelphia and is married with one son.
