Tim Connolly is a Vice President in CBRE's Bethesda, Maryland office, bringing nearly two decades of commercial real estate experience across the Washington, D.C., Maryland, and Virginia (DMV) region. Throughout his career, Tim has successfully negotiated more than 8 million square feet of lease and sale transactions, establishing himself as a trusted advisor to occupiers, investors, and institutional clients seeking strategic real estate solutions.

Tim specializes in tenant and buyer representation, investment sales, lease negotiations, portfolio optimization, and occupier strategy. He partners closely with clients to align their real estate decisions with broader business objectives, delivering customized solutions that create value, reduce occupancy costs, and support long-term growth. Tim began his commercial real estate career with McShea & Company, where he developed a strong foundation in advisory services and transaction management. Following the firm's acquisition by Avison Young in 2013, he continued to expand his expertise and client base while deepening his understanding of the region's commercial real estate landscape. In 2019, Tim's team joined CBRE, the world's leading commercial real estate services firm, where he continues to advise clients on some of the region's most significant leasing and investment opportunities.

A lifelong advocate for community involvement and youth development, Tim resides in Severna Park, Maryland, with his wife and two children. Outside of the office, he actively coaches youth lacrosse and basketball and enjoys spending time on the Severn River, golfing, and supporting local athletic programs.
