Timothy Garner

Tim Garner has been a member of the Valuation and Advisory Services group within the Midwest Region since 2011.  Located in the Indianapolis office,  Mr. Garner has provided appraisal and consulting services for a variety of investment grade commercial real estate products throughout the State of Indiana and Kentucky for financing, acquisition/disposition, property tax appeal, litigation support and asset evaluation.  His primary concentration is the appraisal of retail properties including power centers, neighborhood/community centers, single-tenant net-leased assets as well as medical-office assets and residential subdivision development.

Mr. Garner’s experience encompasses a wide variety of existing as well as proposed commercial properties including multi-tenant retail shopping centers, restaurants, medical-offices, multi-tenant office buildings, residential subdivisions, manufactured housings, vacant land, mixed-use commercial business parks, industrial manufacturing, bulk warehouses, schools, religious facilities and golf courses.
