In September 2018, CBRE Group, Inc. (NYSE: CBRE) acquired CB Richard Ellis-N.E. Partners, L.P. (CBRE/New England), a long-standing joint venture with Whittier Partners Group and the leading full-service commercial real estate services operation in New England.
Tim serves as a Senior Vice President at CBRE/New England with the CBRE/NE Consulting Group. In this role, he is tasked with expanding and servicing CBRE/NE's agency leasing, tenant advisory and capital markets assignments in the Greater Boston market.
Prior to joining CBRE/NE, Tim spent time with Colliers International and Transwestern. In his time in the industry he has provided consultative advisory services to early stage start-ups, not-for-profit organizations, multi-national corporations and real estate owners alike. Tim began his commercial real estate career in 2010 after playing seven seasons of professional baseball with the Minnesota Twins and Philadelphia Phillies.
