Tim Lepore is a Senior Director with the US Client Solutions team focused primarily on supporting business development and client growth within the Property Management organization.
Prior to joining the US Client Solutions team, Tim led sales and solutions for the “Host” team, where he was responsible for the go-to-market strategy of new product launches and leveraging internal and external relationships to assist with the “amenitization” of real estate assets.
Tim brings a vast knowledge of both Commercial Real Estate and enterprise technology, having begun his career selling enterprise SaaS technology in Boston and New York City before transitioning to Capital Markets brokerage in Dallas, TX specializing in the acquisition and disposition of multi-tenant and net-leased shopping centers.
