Tim Morris is First Vice President of Advisory & Transaction Services and member of CBRE’s Greater Philadelphia Regional Healthcare Group. Tim specializes in representing both tenants and landlords in the greater Philadelphia region, as well as representing multi-market occupier clients. Tim has been dedicated to his client’s success through his focused approach and integration of CBRE’s unmatched resources into everyday transactions.
Prior to CBRE, Tim served as Associate Director of Newmark, where he was selected as the regions Rising Star Award in 2017 for his success, dedication and innovative strategies to attain new business.
Prior to his start in real estate, Tim played three seasons of professional baseball in the Seattle Mariners organization. In 2009, he was a collegiate All-American while playing at St. John’s University.
Tim earned a degree from St. John’s University and currently lives in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania with his wife and three children.
