Tim Southard serves as Executive Vice President at CBRE Hotels. Based in Atlanta,
Tim focuses on institutional hotel and resort investment sales in the United States.s
Prior to joining CBRE, Tim was Executive Vice President at JLL for nine years and
Vice President at Hodges Ward Elliott for 13 years. Previously, he was based in
Atlanta as a pension fund consultant for LCG Associates, one of the nation’s largest
independent investment consulting firms. Before being hired by LCG, Tim was the
senior portfolio manager for ADAM Investment Company, an Atlanta-based money
management firm with over $1 billion in assets. He began his career with The
Prudential Insurance Company of America, with positions as a real estate and
corporate credit analyst.
Since 2000, Tim has partnered with Bob Webster to exclusively represent clients in
the sale and financing of more than 250 hotels totaling more than $20 billion..
