Tim Brambila is an Assistant Facilities Manager for CBRE’s McGraw-Hill Global Education account. Tim joined the account in Dec 2014 after five years as the Facilities Coordinator on the Microsoft Southwest team.
Prior to McGraw-Hill, Mr. Brambila served as the Facility Coordinator and Team Lead for the Southwest Region Microsoft account, where he was responsible for implementation of new Facilities Coordinators onboarding and trainings. He also drove all tenant improvement projects for the Southwest district.
With more than 15 years of facility management experience in sectors such as higher education, medical management, and technology and information services, Mr. Brambila has proven himself to be a valuable member of the CBRE team
