Timothy J. Ermeling is a Vice President in CBRE Valuation & Advisory Services St. Louis office. Mr. Ermeling began his career in commercial real estate in 2013 where he was a research analysist with CBRE, Inc. Mr. Ermeling transitioned to Valuation & Advisory Services in 2015.
Mr. Ermeling has experience in the appraisal of commercial real estate on behalf of national and regional banks, corporations, law firms and individual investors. Mr. Ermeling has experience appraising office, retail, industrial, mixed-use, multi-family and specialty properties such as self-storage, car washes and convenient stores. Mr. Ermeling is an Associate Member of the Appraisal Institute.
