The Hartford Leasing and Investment Sales Group provides a wide range of commercial real estate services from tenant and landlord advisory, to investment sales brokerage, property marketing, consulting and valuation - for all asset types. Team is active throughout Greater Hartford, serving clients throughout New England and beyond via the CBRE global real estate platform.
Led by John McCormick, the Hartford Leasing and Investment Sales Group is a four-person team based out of CBRE’s Hartford, Connecticut office. The team consists of an elite group of professionals with diverse backgrounds and specialized areas of expertise, bringing over 100 years of combined experience and is consistently sought out for its vast market knowledge, creativity and successful track record for completing transactions across a broad range of product types and locations. Over the past five years, the team has completed leasing transactions totaling more 4.2 million square feet. As the capital markets leader in Greater Hartford, this CBRE team has also sold more office product in the local market than all its competitors combined. Since 2020, the team has successfully completed sales transactions valued in excess of $375 million.
