T.J. Hobart focuses his attention on the acquisition, disposition and leasing of industrial properties across the Western Pennsylvania region.
Prior to joining CBRE, T.J. served as a Trauma Sales Team Manager at Smith & Nephew, specializing in strategic business planning, establishing operations in new markets, strengthening existing client relationships and adapting business plans based on market dynamics and customer data.
T.J. holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Virginia, where he was a scholarship athlete in track and field and cross country.
