T.J. Hobart is Vice President in CBRE’s Pittsburgh office, specializing in industrial real estate. He represents both tenants and landlords in the acquisition, disposition, and leasing of industrial assets, including distribution facilities, R&D centers, manufacturing plants, flex buildings, data centers, and industrial land. By combining CBRE’s global platform with local market intelligence, Mr. Hobart delivers tailored real estate solutions that align with each client’s objectives.
Prior to joining CBRE, T.J. served as a Trauma Sales Team Manager at Smith & Nephew, specializing in strategic business planning, establishing operations in new markets, strengthening existing client relationships and adapting business plans based on market dynamics and customer data.
T.J. holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Virginia, where he was a scholarship athlete in track and field and cross country.
