As a Senior Real Estate Manager with CBRE | Raleigh, TJ has experience in managing a variety of real estate properties from multi-family student housing to commercial real estate. He is known for mitigating challenging situations in a timely manner, assisting in the development of new construction, vetting and organizing vendors to execute complex projects while managing expenses.
TJ earned his CMCP certification “Certified Manager of Commercial Properties” in 2020 and is a recent member of the Building Owners and Managers Association “BOMA”.
TJ and his wife, Lauren have two sons, Parker and Reid. He enjoys playing golf and going to the beach.
