Todd Frye has spent over 20 years with CBRE, building and leading high-performing teams while driving substantial revenue growth across advisory, transactional and executive leadership roles. As Real Estate Chief Advisor for a Mag 7 technology company (part of the Fortune 500), he co-led the global transactions portfolio for twelve years, personally managing close to $25 billion in transaction volume across 40 million square feet and hundreds of individual deals. During this tenure, Mr. Frye recruited, trained and inspired a core team of 45+ dedicated professionals (with extensive global field teams supporting the effort), establishing efficient processes and market expertise that drove consistent revenue growth and positioned the company as a strategic real estate leader within the technology sector.
Prior to this role, Mr. Frye served as Principal with CBRE Global Investors in Los Angeles, directing the strategic repositioning and operational transformation of a $500M+ portfolio. He successfully stabilized multiple underperforming assets, including repositioning developments and driving innovative deal structures, typically within a 3-year timeline, resulting in significant value creation. As Managing Director of the Anaheim office, he held full P&L responsibility for all brokerage, investment and service operations while leading and developing a staff of 80+ professionals.
Mr. Frye built foundational real estate expertise through roles with institutional owners, operators and developers, including CarrAmerica in Washington, D.C. He holds a Juris Doctor from Catholic University of America and previously practiced corporate and real estate law at Cadwalader (now Hogan Lovells Cadwalader).
