Tom Caplan specializes in the representation and consultation of users and property owners of industrial real estate in the North and West Orange County. Tom utilizes technology along with his expertise to assist his clients with acquisition, disposition, expansion and consolidation of industrial real estate.
Upon completing undergraduate studies at the University of California, San Diego, Tom worked in financial advising at Morgan Stanley Smith Barney. Later, Mr. Caplan worked in the Loss Mitigation Division of a local appraisal management company in Costa Mesa, retroactively evaluating appraisals. Tom is able to utilize this prior experience to enhance his proficiency as a broker.
