Tom Dwyer has almost 32 years of experience in commercial real estate. He has consistently been a top producer since joining CBRE in 1996 by servicing a wide array of clients including Amgen, Screen Actors Guild, SAGE Publications, Lincoln Property Co., the Ventura County Employee Retirement Association, and Williams Lea Tag. Dwyer is based at the firm’s Ventura office where he has distinguished himself as an office and investment property leader in the Conejo Valley/Ventura County marketplace. Dwyer is known for his expert market knowledge, strong work ethic, thorough attention to detail and unparalleled customer service.

In the last five years alone, Tom and his partners have completed over 800 transactions valued at close to $850,000,000. Working together, they average an amazing 160 transactions per year.

Dwyer has been among the Top Five producers in the Ventura office every year since 1999 and he has been the Top Producer sixteen of those years. He also has the distinction of being named to CBRE’s Top 200 National Brokers three times. Additionally, Dwyer was twice named to the Pacific Coast Business Times “40 under 40”.
