Tom Hatz II

Tom Hatz is the Account Operations Director on the HCA account for the Capital Region. He and his team are responsible for the management of medical office buildings at client locations in Virginia, Kentucky, Indiana, and New Hampshire. The portfolio is controlled by fifteen HCA campuses and consists of 1.4 million square feet.

Tom began working on the account with Trammell Crow in 2003 as a Real Estate Manager in Richmond, VA. He later became a Senior Real Estate Manager after CBRE acquired the account.

Tom’s current duties include overseeing the operations of the HCA – East account and team of managers responsible for the management of MOB space. Tom’s team is also responsible for the project management and leasing of the MOB properties.

Prior to working in healthcare real estate, Tom was a Real Estate Manager for Faison on the NationsBank account.
