Tom Poggi has over 37 years of commercial real estate experience in the San Francisco market and is considered one of its premier office leasing brokers today. His practice encompasses landlord and tenant representation along with investment sales. Tom started his career in 1987 with Coldwell Banker, now known as CBRE, where he spent nine years as a top producer. In 1996, Tom joined The CAC Group and in 2005 became a Principal of the firm. The CAC Group was acquired by CBRE in December of 2013, and it is now fully integrated into the CBRE global platform.
Tom has completed lease transactions in the San Francisco market totaling over 30 million square feet. In all of Tom’s representation assignments, he continued business with clients and longevity of relationships – in many cases spanning 25+ years – are a common theme and demonstrate the reliable service and expertise he offers his clients.
