During his career in commercial real estate, Mr. Rossi has been actively involved in over 500 transactions, totalling $2 billion, throughout the Metropolitan Washington, DC area. As Senior Vice President with CBRE, Mr. Rossi has an extended range of transaction experience, which includes land sales, land assembly, joint venture, finance, tenant representation and the representation of foreign governments in their search for embassy/chancellery locations.

Mr. Rossi joined CBRE as a result of the July 2003 merger with Insignia/ESG, where he began working in 1997. He rose to his current position through Barnes, Morris, Pardoe & Foster’s (BMP&F) merger with Insignia/ESG. Mr. Rossi was an original founding member of BMP&F, helping to lead the company to its dominant position among commercial real estate brokerage firms in the Metropolitan Washington, DC area from 1972.

Prior to BMP&F, Mr. Rossi worked at the IBM Corporation’s Office Products Division for several years. In this capacity, he was last employed as the Manager of the District of Columbia Government Sales Group.
