Thomas Schnurr

Tom Schnurr is the Director of Account Operations for CBRE’s Associated Bank account. Tom leads the day-to-day operations for facilities management, providing service delivery to ASB locations across Wisconsin, Eastern Minnesota and Northern Illinois. His duties include customer service, budget and performance management.

Previously, Tom served as the Director of Facilities Management on the Comerica account. In this role, Tom integrated critical environments management into the platform, developed the energy and sustainability platform to meet client goals, and transitioned services to 62 bank branches in Texas.

Prior to joining the Comerica account, Tom was the Senior Manager of Operations for The Dow Chemical Company account. Tom coordinated the opening of a new Dow Center in Shanghai, China, managed services remotely for India and Germany and oversaw domestic operations in Michigan, Texas, Indiana and Pennsylvania.

Throughout his career at CBRE, Tom also served as the Director of Account Operations for Volkswagen Group of America. Tom is a Certified Facilities Manager, International Facilities Manager Association, LEED AP Certified, part of the U.S. Green Building Counsel and is a long time member of the Green Knights, CBRE. He has his Bachelor of Arts from Drake University.
