Tom Sterling is a leader in real estate management with a diverse and successful background in strategic planning, operational and financial management, process improvement and team leadership.  Currently, Tom is a Director at a major software and technology client in Redmond Washington. He manages the Global Energy and Sustainability program which includes the delivery of strategic planning, regional setting, portfolio-wide reporting, technology deployments and related change management.  In addition, he has a deep background in corporate financial planning and reporting with multiple Fortune 500 Companies.  This includes understanding all corporate and business unit goals and drivers, detailed financial forecasting, analysis and reporting.
