Tommie Reilly

Tommie Reilly is Managing Director and Market Leader for CBRE's Jacksonville office, leading the firm's Advisory Services business across a territory spanning Jacksonville, the Florida Panhandle, and communities along Florida's northern border. In this role, she oversees business operations and growth strategy across leasing, sales, valuations, project management, and property management.

Ms. Reilly partners with CBRE professionals to solve real estate and business challenges for commercial real estate clients. She manages a wide variety of critical business functions, including strategic business development initiatives, pursuit leadership, broker business plans, recruiting efforts, and team development.

She joined CBRE in 2017 as a Sales Manager supporting the firm's North and Central Florida markets and was promoted to Sales Director in 2020. Throughout her tenure, she has helped drive market share growth, client satisfaction, and strategic growth initiatives across North Florida.

Prior to joining CBRE, Ms. Reilly held leadership positions with Citi, including Site President, Senior Vice President, and National Sales Manager, and served as Director of Sales for PHH Mortgage. She brings more than 20 years of leadership experience spanning commercial real estate, sales, operations, and mortgage banking.

Ms. Reilly is active in several industry and community organizations. She serves on the Urban Land Institute (ULI) North Florida Advisory Board and the University of Florida Bergstrom Center for Real Estate Studies Advisory Board for the Master of Science in Real Estate program and is an active member of NAIOP. She also serves as Secretary of the Board of Trustees for ESC4Kids and as a board member of Protential, organizations dedicated to helping children overcome poverty through early education, literacy, and youth development initiatives. Additionally, she is a member of Elevate Women's Inner Circle and CBRE's Women's Network.
