Tony Brearley leads CBRE’s Critical Infrastructure business line, which delivers technical infrastructure, building operations and facilities management services for data centers through the company’s Data Center Solutions group, and advanced technical services for critical power/cooling, renewable energy generation/ storage, and wireless/fiber networks through its Pearce Services subsidiary.
Prior to becoming the leader of Critical Infrastructure, Mr. Brearley was a longtime leader in CBRE’s Local Facilities Management business. Most recently, he served as Chief Operating Officer, where he had responsibility for fully converged facilities management, technology services and project management services.
Prior to the COO role, he led CBRE’s Data Center Solutions group.
Mr. Brearley joined CBRE via the Norland acquisition in 2012. Since then, he served as President of the Local Facilities Management business in Continental Europe, the Middle East and Africa (CEMEA) and as a UK Managing Director, built a high-quality technical self-performance business across various sectors and high-critical engineering environments.
Mr. Brearley has experience in sales, operational service delivery and a track record of managing fast-growth businesses while expanding into new markets.
