Since joining CBRE in 2018, Tony has advised on more than $4 billion in transactions, negotiating lease assignments and relocations ranging from 1,000 to 200,000 square feet. With a robust pipeline of multiple high-value transactions that underscore his continued and growing influence in the market, Tony is positioning 2026 to be his most impactful year yet. His work consistently aligns real estate strategy with broader business objectives, helping clients optimize cost structures, support workforce growth, and position themselves competitively within Chicago's evolving market.
