Tony Morales

Tony’s focus for over 20 years has been on Tenant Representation in the Los Angeles basin, and his primary responsibilities include advising on occupancy concerns, developing transaction and occupancy strategies and solutions, and managing the entire transaction process for national and international corporations, public institutions and non-profit organizations. In addition to developing new business opportunities on a local and national basis, Tony’s goal is to establish long-standing client relationships by delivering results that outperform the market with trust and integrity.

Tony spent nearly 10 years at Maguire Partners, one of Los Angeles' largest building owners, as the Partner in Charge of Leasing where he had overall leasing and acquisitions responsibilities for the firm's 10 million square feet of existing Southern California portfolio and directed the firm's team of leasing managers.  His developer background provides clients with unique knowledge of landlord motivation, capital markets and building valuation.
