Tony is a 26 year veteran broker who joined CBRE with the acquisition of Insignia/ESG. He focuses solely on tenant advisory services in our Downtown Philadelphia office and heads the Life Science and Law Firm Practice Group in Greater Philadelphia.
Tony provides tenant advisory services on behalf of law firms and corporations throughout the country. His area of expertise is focused on strategic planning, lease negotiations, lease restructures, renewals and portfolio strategies that have resulted in significant real estate cost reductions. Tony has served as an advisor representing the real estate portfolios for national accounts, including Marshall Dennehey, Janney Montgomery Scott, Bank of America and Diamond Cluster Consulting.
Over the last twenty-four months, Tony has represented three of the largest tenants in downtown Philadelphia in Ballard Spahr, Marshall Dennehey and Janney Montgomery Scott. Recently he was hired for Skadden Arps for their 70,000 SF downtown Wilmington, DE office and Cigna for their 400,000 SF requirement in downtown Philadelphia.
