Tonya Gottesman

With over 22 years of experience in commercial real estate, Tonya Gottesman is a trusted expert in office brokerage throughout the Southern Nevada market. Her deep knowledge spans a wide range of transaction types, including owner/user sales, investment sales, build-to-suit projects, tenant representation, and landlord agency assignments. Tonya’s clients benefit from her strategic insight and ability to navigate complex deals with confidence and precision.

Tonya began her career at CBRE’s Los Angeles office in 2000, later working with a private principal owner and serving as Vice President at MDL Group. Her diverse background representing both landlords and tenants—as well as buyers and sellers—gives her a well-rounded perspective and the ability to leverage market dynamics to deliver optimal results. Known for her proactive, results-driven approach and strong client advocacy, Tonya consistently achieves superior financial outcomes and is committed to providing exceptional service and long-term value.

Outside of work, Tonya is an avid runner and proud mom of three girls. Weekends often find her cheering from the sidelines at soccer games or volleyball matches. She’s also passionate about giving back to the Las Vegas community, regularly volunteering at local events.
