Tonya Kalinoski is a Senior Finance Manager providing services for the Global Workplace Solutions(GWS) East division. She supports account teams responsible for all aspects of corporate accounting items including budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting. Ms. Kalinoski analyzes the profit and loss (P&L) for account teams addressing variances in revenues and expenses. She works with the account leadership teams to ensure contract compliance, track progress towards key performance indicators (KPIs), as well as provides a variety of management reporting on a recurring basis.
Ms. Kalinoski has more than 17 years of experience from various roles in Finance, Transaction Management and Project Management services within CBRE. Prior to joining the GCS East Division Finance Team, she provided services for 16 years to a large financial client. Ms. Kalinoski began her career as a Project Analyst on the Project Management team providing variance analysis and performance reports related to major development projects in Charlotte, NC. She then transitioned to Senior Accountant, leading a team to process corporate expenses, commission revenue/expenses and provide quarterly spend reports. Ms. Kalinoski joined the Transaction & Investments team as a Senior Financial Analyst. She prepared the annual commission budget, monthly commission forecast, provided oversight for the client’s retail disposition program, tracked and assembled value to fee (VTF) data, and managed a team of four analysts. She also had prominent involvement in a dedicated team to discover opportunities to streamline, create cost savings and improve workplace environment within the portfolio.
