Tracie serves as Team Operations Manager for CBRE's Tampa Occupier Team, where she oversees the full operational infrastructure of the group. Her work spans transaction support, complex RFP response development, client liaison, and the design of the processes and logistics that keep a high-volume advisory team running efficiently.
Before joining CBRE, Tracie built more than 20 years of legal experience across tax law, employment law, mergers and acquisitions, and lobbying affairs and reporting. That background gives her a precision-oriented, compliance-aware approach that translates directly into the rigor she brings to lease administration, client deliverables, and agency coordination.
Tracie began her commercial real estate career with Cassidy Turley in 2013 and carried that foundation through the firm's evolution into Cushman & Wakefield, where she also served as Co-Chair of the Women's Integrated Network. She joined CBRE to lead operations for the Tampa Occupier team in 2022, where she connects legal fluency, real estate expertise, and operational discipline in service of clients navigating complex occupier decisions.
