Associated Office
Travis Gage holds an intimate focus towards results driven outcomes for his occupier and investor clients. For the duration of Mr. Gage’s career, he has represented local, national and global corporations with complex real estate requirements and has a track record of producing proficient and innovative solutions. Since joining CBRE Kansas City’s Advisory and Transaction Services team in 2014, Mr. Gage has completed over 1.5 million square feet of real estate transactions.
Previous experience with CBRE included serving as an account dedicated transaction manager and analyst for McKesson Corporation, a Fortune 15 client based in Houston, Texas. Mr. Gage advised the client on overall real estate strategy for a portfolio of more than 900 leased or owned properties throughout the United States and Canada. Since relocating to the Kansas City office, he has continued to facilitate transactions and strategy for McKesson’s portfolio across a wide variety of product types including medical office, hospital/oncology, pharmaceutical fulfillment and distribution.
Prior to joining CBRE, Mr. Gage was a regional manager for Berkeley Capital, overseeing commercial assets throughout New Mexico and South Texas.
