Trent Holsman

Trent Holsman specializes in the sales and leasing of office properties in the San Francisco Metropolitan Market. During his 21-year real estate career, Trent has been involved in over $3 billion in sale transactions, assisting buyers and sellers with the acquisition and disposition of leased as well as owner/user assets. He also brings extensive leasing experience, having completed over 9 million square feet in leasing transactions since 2004.

Trent is proficient in both landlord and tenant representation, using his market knowledge to provide his clients with optimal solutions and creative office space options.

Trent attended the University of California, Berkeley with a full swimming scholarship and represented the United States in an International Swim Meet of Champions in Sheffield, England in 1997. He graduated in 2003 with a B.S. degree in American Studies/Business. Trent began his real estate career in 2004 with Colliers International and became one of Colliers top 5 producing brokers twelve consecutive years.

Trent lives in Piedmont with his wife, Elena, and two daughters Fiona and Nina. In his spare time, he enjoys outdoor activities such as swimming, golfing, tennis, skiing and running. He is an active competitive swimmer for the Olympic Club.
