Trent McFall is an Associate with CBRE’s Advisory & Transaction Services in Northern Colorado, specializing in retail, industrial, and office investment properties and development projects. Trent has over 5 years of commercial real estate experience in Northern Colorado, and has assisted clients with Development Land Sales, Industrial Owner and Tenant Representation, 1031 Exchanges, Retail and Office Representation, and numerous Multi-Family transactions across the Front Range. With expertise in property and market research, investment analysis, deal structure and negotiation, Trent is able to provide creative solutions that help his clients feel confident about their complex real estate decisions.
Prior to joining CBRE, Trent spent 8 years with C3 Real Estate Solutions, a residential and commercial real estate firm in Northern Colorado, and has been a Licensed Real Estate Broker since 2016. Trent is a Northern Colorado native, born and raised in Fort Collins, and graduated from Colorado State University in 2018 with a Real Estate Finance degree.
