As a Program Manager on the Global Project Management Platform team, Tressa is focused on the development of Project Management Playbooks. In this role, she is responsible for mapping core project management processes while creating efficiencies and leveraging both CBRE and industry best practices and processes. Tressa has assisted account transitions by leading process discussions, developing Playbooks, and training Project Managers.
Tressa also assumes the PJM Platform role as a Subject Matter Expert on MAC, Space Planning and Occupancy Management providing support for opportunities for both current and future accounts.Prior to joining the Global Platform, Tressa spent five years on the Ameriprise Financial account as a Senior Project Manager focusing on process and design standards. In addition to these responsibilities, Tressa managed various account vendors, assisted Sourcing teams on development of service levels and RFP creation, and served as a subject matter expert for Space Planning, FF&E, and Move Management.
Before joining CBRE, Tressa worked as a Project Manager performing Tenant Improvement build-out and relocation projects on both a local and national scale. These projects included both corporate and retail spaces, with the majority in the financial industry.
