Prior to joining the brokerage team, he led the Sales Management efforts for Central Texas, serving as one of the first Sales Management hires in the country. Beginning as a Sales Analyst, he built out the framework and processes that are still implemented, including broker debriefs, strategic team formation, competitive analysis, and various business development initiatives. He worked closely with over 30 brokerage professionals to help drive strategy and resourcing to over 50 of the most high-profile assignments during that time, and received national recognition for his efforts in 2021.
He was promoted to Sales Manager in 2015, Sales Director in 2019, and Senior Sales Director in 2022.
Trey enjoys spending time with his wife and four children, attending live music, exploring the outdoors, and playing golf.
