Trey Smith is an Executive Vice President within CBRE’s agency leasing team. With over 25 years of commercial real estate experience, Trey plays a critical role developing and leading the leasing and value-creation strategy for his client’s properties. Throughout his career, he has completed more than 1500 transactions totaling over 10 million square feet of space throughout Dallas-Fort Worth.
Prior to joining CBRE in 2020, Trey was an Executive Managing Director at Cushman & Wakefield in Dallas.
