Tripp Anderson

Tripp Anderson is a Transaction Manager within CBRE Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) in Phoenix. In the transaction management role he oversees the transaction process to ensure quality and effective service delivery. Tripp’s engagement involves working closely with our clients’ senior leadership to develop a consistent and effective process for managing transactions on a local, national, or global level. This involves utilizing cutting edge portfolio management technology, while implementing a strategic methodology based on the client’s financial, operational and qualitative objectives. Tripp has daily interface with the client’s local, regional and corporate real estate teams as well as with CBRE local brokers and project managers to develop creative real estate solutions. Transactions range from build to suits, new leases, lease renewals, dispositions, acquisitions, lease terminations/buyouts and sale leasebacks.

Tripp and GWS work with all major service lines in order to accomplish our client’s goals and exceed their expectations. Major service lines include: facilities management, project management, transaction management, strategic planning, and portfolio/lease administration. Tripp and GWS are directly accountable for portfolios that are inclusive of retail, office and industrial property types. Tripp’s extensive experience in commercial brokerage gave him a strong background for his role as transaction manager.

Tripp Anderson started his career with the CBRE Phoenix office in the brokerage research department in April 2006. He moved into an Industrial/Office brokerage position in 2007 and attained in-depth experience in Industrial and Office specialties. In June 2012, Tripp transitioned into the Global Workplace Solutions division as Transaction Manager.
