Patricia (Trisha) is the Senior Director of Property Data Solutions at CBRE. She oversees data strategy, management, and standards for property mastery, focusing on critical data elements and quality control at CBRE. Trisha brings extensive subject matter expertise to guide product development, enhancing end-user experiences and accelerating adoption.

With over 30 years of experience in commercial real estate, she excels in building and leading high-performing teams. Trisha has proven expertise in talent development, integrated client strategies, comprehensive stakeholder management, and the implementation of advanced data analytics and research platforms.

Before joining CBRE, Trisha dedicated 13 years to JLL, most recently as Senior Vice President and National Director of Research for the Western US and Latin America. Prior to that, she spent 15 years at Grubb & Ellis as Vice President and Regional Director of Research and Marketing for the Western US.

Beyond her professional roles, Trisha serves as Vice Chair on the National Board of Directors for iUrban Teen, a non-profit focused on providing underrepresented youth with access to education and career opportunities in STEM+ Arts. She is also an Advisory Board member for the PSU Masters of Science in Real Estate Program.
