With over 30 years of experience in commercial real estate, she excels in building and leading high-performing teams. Trisha has proven expertise in talent development, integrated client strategies, comprehensive stakeholder management, and the implementation of advanced data analytics and research platforms.
Before joining CBRE, Trisha dedicated 13 years to JLL, most recently as Senior Vice President and National Director of Research for the Western US and Latin America. Prior to that, she spent 15 years at Grubb & Ellis as Vice President and Regional Director of Research and Marketing for the Western US.

Trisha is passionate about advancing diversity, equity and inclusion, recognizing their vital contributions to both business success and a positive workplace culture. She is certified as a SEAM (Social Equity Assessment Method) Accredited Professional, demonstrating her proficiency in incorporating social equity into the built environment and applying the SEAM Standard to commercial real estate projects.
Beyond her professional roles, Trisha serves as Vice Chair on the National Board of Directors for iUrban Teen, a non-profit focused on providing underrepresented youth with access to education and career opportunities in STEM+ Arts. She is also an Advisory Board member for the PSU Masters of Science in Real Estate Program.
