Professional Experience
Troudy Vaughan manages the Mid-Atlantic region for CBRE’s Public Institutions and Education Solutions (PIES) group, providing advisory and brokerage services to state and local governments. Troudy oversees contracts with the State of Maryland, the State of North Carolina, and Arlington County, VA. CBRE’s contract with Maryland has involved more than 175 transactions totaling more than 2.75 million square feet to date. In 2015 Mr. Vaughan developed a state wide real estate strategic plan for North Carolina, which he presented to the State’s Legislative Real Estate Subcommittee. Mr. Vaughan has developed strategic plans for Arlington County, VA (2016) and the City of Fort Lauderdale (2014).
