Troy MacDonald started his career with CBRE in 2004 as part of one of the top industrial teams in the Bay Area specializing in landlord and tenant representation for industrial, office, and acreage in East Contra Costa and Solano Counties.
In 2007, Troy joined CBRE's Global Corporate Services (GCS) group working as a transaction manager on the AT&T account. During his time with AT&T, he has been involved in the completion of over 100 acquisition and disposition assignments totaling over 5 Million square feet. In addition to transaction support, Troy provides ongoing market information and strategy input to AT&T through his local broker contacts located throughout the western United States.
Prior to joining CBRE, Troy worked as a Senior Consultant at Deloitte and Touche in their Enterprise Risk Services department.
