Ty Gose is a Senior Vice President in the CBRE Baton Rouge office. Ty covers all aspects of commercial real estate including industrial, office, investment, development and property analysis and consulting. He specializes in the sales and leasing of office and industrial properties. He has also collaborated on several mixed-use developments such as Rouzan and Harveston.

Ty has more than 20 years of experience and has a deep understanding of the commercial real estate market and supply gaps and imbalances that provide value for developers, tenants and investors. Before joining CBRE, Ty was an Associate Broker at NAI Latter and Blum. Over the course of his career Ty and his team have completed transactions with a total consideration of more than $1.5 billion.
