Tyler is a Senior Vice President of CBRE’s Advisory & Transaction Services team in the Washington, D.C. office. He has built his career advocating for commercial tenants. He has represented some of the city’s largest and most prominent office users in complex real estate transactions, including most notably, Williams & Connolly’s 300,000-square-foot Washington, D.C., headquarters relocation in 2018. Tyler’s experience in complex transactions also extends outside the world of legal, as evidenced by his 2019 representation of EAB Global which involved a 150,000-square-foot lease renewal, the disposition of a 16-year 137,000-square-foot lease, and the termination of 65,000 square feet. This transaction resulted in over $100 million dollars in real estate savings for the client.

Prior to joining CBRE, Tyler served as the Corporate Managing Director for Savills. He was responsible for the oversight of financial strategy, market research, lease analysis and the execution of large-scale leases throughout the greater Washington, D.C., metropolitan area.
