Tyler Gin is a Senior Valuation Analyst in CBRE’s Valuation & Advisory Services practice in Florida. He has three years of experience in commercial real estate and over a year in valuation and advisory. Tyler is located in Boca Raton, Florida and has experience in valuing the four major commercial property types throughout the state.
Tyler is a member of the Florida Industrial Team, an appraisal group specializing in industrial specific valuation and consulting assignments throughout the state of Florida. The Florida Industrial team has completed nearly 1,000 assignments over the past 2 years. Industrial properties appraised include a variety of industrial centric facilities such as cement plants, airplane hangars, air cargo facilities, small bay/flex warehouses, industrial condominiums, bulk distribution and storage warehouses, cold storage facilities, IOS properties, research and development buildings, and truck parking/terminal properties.
Tyler also has experience in appraisals of multi-tenant professional offices, medical offices, retail strip centers, vacant land, and gas stations / c-stores.
