Tyler’s expertise lies in structuring lease transactions, property dispositions and acquisitions, and build-to-suits for office and industrial properties. Tyler’s expertise, market intelligence, and utilization of CBRE’s full platform of corporate services creates valued added results for corporations and Landlords both locally and nationally.
Prior to joining CBRE’s Newport Beach office, Tyler represented both Tenants and Landlords in the Inland Empire Industrial market from CBRE’s Ontario office. He was a member of CBRE’s Greater Los Angeles Summer Internship Program, which is designed for top college students seeking a career in real estate. During the 3-month program, he interned alongside CBRE’s leading industrial team where he first experienced brokerage and tenant representation. In 2015, Tyler’s first year in brokerage, he represented General Foam Plastics and their disposition of their 200,000 square foot manufacturing facility in San Bernardino.
Tyler is a high energy individual who is passionate about cultivating long term relationships with his clients and colleagues. Tyler is focused on building a reputation of hard work, integrity, and honesty, while providing the best professional real estate service available in the marketplace.
