Tyler Ray joined the CBRE Financial Consulting Group (FCG) in August 2011. As a Financial Analyst, Mr. Ray provides state-of-the-art financial and analytical consulting to institutional, financial and corporate clients in the Southwest Region.
Prior to joining CBRE in 2011, he was a senior mortgage underwriter with Bank of America, where his responsibilities included underwriting loan modifications for distressed borrowers. Mr. Ray began his career in real estate in 2008 as an associate loan officer with BMC Capital, a small-balance commercial lender located in Dallas, Texas. During his tenure with CBRE, he has assisted in the financial structuring and underwriting of office, retail, industrial, and multi-family product with aggregate value in excess of $8 billion.
The FCG specializes in sophisticated financial and analytical consultative services that are used to facilitate an informed decision-making process for the client concerning real estate alternatives. The primary services produced are financial modeling interpretation of financial impact, identification of accounting and tax issues, and the production of documented support on development, lease and investment transactions. The Financial Consulting Group designs and customizes its work to communicate information in the consistent, professional manner required by financial institutions and corporate Chief Financial Officers.
