Tyler Reaumond is a Vice President with CBRE’s Occupier Advisory & Transaction Services
group, where he advises companies on how to make smarter, more strategic decisions
around their real estate. Since joining CBRE in 2019, Tyler has handled over $55M in
transactions and plays a key role on one of the firm’s top-performing teams.
At the center of Tyler’s approach is a simple belief: real estate is a long-term partnership
business. He invests heavily in building meaningful relationships with his clients, often
serving as a sounding board to executives well beyond a single transaction. By
understanding how companies operate, grow, and attract talent, Tyler helps align real
estate decisions with broader business priorities—financially, operationally, and culturally.
His clients span a wide range of sophisticated industries, including private equity, financial
services, technology, and global consulting. This cross-sector experience allows him to
bring a well-rounded perspective to each engagement, helping clients navigate complex
decisions with clarity and confidence. Whether advising on a single lease or a broader
portfolio strategy, Tyler is focused on delivering outcomes that create long-term value.
Outside of CBRE, Tyler is deeply involved in The Reaumond Foundation, which he cofounded in 2018 in honor of his father, Bob Reaumond who passed away from pancreatic
cancer. The Reaumond Foundation funds groundbreaking cancer research and helps to
provide better access to the nation's #1 cancer hospital, MD Anderson in Houston, TX by
providing low-cost housing for patients undergoing treatment
