Tyler Wyant joined CBRE in June 2021. Prior to joining CBRE, Tyler was at the Savills Miami office for twelve years as a Managing Director with a sole focus on representing tenants. Tyler continues to represent occupiers to help more efficiently manage overhead occupancy costs relative to their leased real estate by aligning their financial goals with their real estate obligations. Tyler specializes in structuring and negotiating complex real estate transactions across a broad range of needs, including early lease restructures, build-to-suit transactions, HQ site selection and consolidations.
